All across Wobbly Island are houses up for sale, differing in price and contents depending on where they are. Purchasing one makes the player's game start spawn point their house instead of being thrown into the street outside of Grandma's House. Only one house can be owned at a time but each property can be sold for half its bought price so that some money can be refunded. This allows the player to choose a new property should they grow tired of the one they have.

There are currently 21 properties available in Wobbly Life.
